Based in either Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, the Head of TET Advantage leads the strategic growth and operational excellence of the organisation’s TET Advantage division. This role is responsible for driving student enrolments for overseas higher education programs through innovative marketing (digital/social media, event and relationship marketing) strategies, effective student counselling, strategic partnerships with Vietnamese partner institutions, and the roll-out of a digital recruitment and counselling platform. The role combines leadership, creativity, and analytical capability to expand the organisation’s reach, enhance its reputation, and deliver exceptional experiences to students aspiring to study abroad.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related discipline (Master’s preferred, International qualification a bonus).
High fluency in both English and Vietnamese speaking, listening, writing and reading.
Minimum 5 years of experience in international student recruitment, higher education marketing, or education partnerships.
Proven track record in leading teams and achieving ambitious recruitment and marketing targets.
Demonstrated experience in the use of CRM systems, data-driven marketing, and social media marketing.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong public speaking skills.
Strong understanding of global education markets, visa regulations, and student mobility trends, particularly in relation to Australia.
