Getting started

Q. How do I download and install the app?

A. Search for our app "TET+" in the App Store or Google Play, then tap “Install.”

Q. Is the app free to use?

A. Yes, it is free to use. If you choose to apply for courses, scholarships and visa with our assistance, then there will be an offline payment process for visa and your chosen courses.

Q. How do I create an account or sign in?

A. To create an account, you will need to have barcode generated by our company. You will have access to these barcodes when you attend events organised by us.

Q. I forgot my password; how can I reset it?

A. In your Profile, there is a "Forgot password?" option.

Q. How do I update the app to the latest version?

A. Go to the App Store or Google Play and tap “Update.”

Q. How do I delete my account?

A. In your Profile, there is a "Disable account" option.

Q. How is my personal data used and protected?

Q. Can I download a copy of my data.

A. Yes. Contact the app support email address above and request a data export of all documents you have uploaded to the app.

Q. What should I do if I suspect unauthorised access to my account?

A. Change your password immediately and contact support.

By using the TET+ app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. TET+ is provided by TET Education Group to help students explore overseas study opportunities, career pathways, learning resources, and apply for these courses and scholarships. You must be at least 16 years old (or have guardian consent) to use the app. Please use TET+ responsibly and for lawful purposes only.

All content within the app is owned or licensed by TET Education Group and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Some features may involve third-party services or paid subscriptions governed by their own terms. We take privacy seriously and protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

TET+ is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. We may update these Terms periodically, and continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
